Missing appointments- Cancelations
Cancellations & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice: We require at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us enough time to fill the opening with another client on our waiting list.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee (typically 25–50% of the service total) or may require a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
No-Shows

Missing an Appointment: If you fail to show up for your scheduled appointment without any prior notice, you will be charged the full amount of the deposit or a flat "No-Show" fee.

Future Bookings: Clients who "No-Show" will be required to pre-pay in full for any future detailing services.
Arrival & Late Starts

Grace Period: We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you are running late, please call or text us as soon as possible.

Service Adjustment: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may need to shorten the service time or reschedule your appointment to avoid inconveniencing the next client.
Why we have this policy: As a specialized service, our day is carefully scheduled to ensure your vehicle gets the attention it deserves. A last-minute cancellation often means a lost day of work that cannot be recovered.

| Ceramic Coatings are a weird subject. I like clean by pan. its the only coating i would use. it costs 200$ itself, me applying it cost 400$ 600$ total for the highest end gloss money can buy., but thats about it when it comes to ceramic coatings |

| Vehicle sizing-50$ the more vehicles I detail the more I realise that condition plays a huge role in the amount of time needed to properly detail a vehicle. So if the interior is in terrible shape there will be a 50$ charge for 3rd row seating vehicles, Large trucks and SUV's |
